A leading beverage producer sought a reliable way to disinfect water used in its production cycle. Chemical-free treatment was essential, as taste and composition of the final product had to remain unchanged.
Why UV Was Chosen
Ultraviolet disinfection was selected as the optimal solution: it eliminates microorganisms effectively, does not alter water properties, and avoids secondary contamination risks. For this project, the UVL Aqua 80 system was supplied—a compact and dependable UV sterilizer for both potable and process water.

Equipment Selection and Delivery
The client’s initial request was for a 7–9 m³/h system. After technical consultations, UVL Aqua 80 was determined to be the best match for performance and operating conditions.
The commercial offer included equipment, packaging, and shipping, carried out via a transport company with proper handling for ultraviolet devices. Additionally, a UV lamps TUV 55 HO (55 Watt) replacement lamp was supplied to retrofit existing equipment, selected quickly based on socket type and lamp length provided by the client.

By integrating UVL Aqua 80, the beverage facility successfully:
