Challenge: Continuous Disinfection in Tight Spaces
After an on-site technical evaluation, our engineers identified the ideal integration point along the conveyor. The line speed and required UV dose (35 mJ/cm²) were used to calculate the optimal installation parameters. The solution: a compact 540W UV system housing three 180W quartz UV lamps, mounted within a precision-engineered stainless steel enclosure.
